Nikki was recommended by family and she was absolutely fabulous to work worth. I cannot emphasize enough how seamless she made our entire home buying process. My husband and I are originally from CA and were moving back from TX. As you can imagine, an out of state move is a headache enough, let alone adding purchasing a house, unseen, and through virtual tours via FaceTime- is enough to send your blood pressure through the roof. However, Nikki was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was ready to FaceTime us at each showing and even coordinated with my parents to go along with her so we could have that second/third set of eyes to see each property and put as at ease while we were still in Texas. We had numerous questions about each property and she always had the answers for us, and if she didn't know the answer at that time, she would have it for us via email or text within 24 hours. Not only did she make the showing process easy, but the home we ended up falling in love with required negotiation on not only price, but credits and a tricky closing timeline. Ms. James is very professional in her attitude regarding the sale of your home. She will present her take on what your home is worth in the current environment and ask what you expect as well as let you know what she thinks and suggests as to some starting selling price. She may surprise you with her suggestions, but best to go with those especially if you want or need a quick sale or even if you don't. Sometimes it's just time that is needed to determine what your property is worth and Ms. James will put a timeline on when a possible change might be needed or if its needed. You need to rely on her experience to get you where you want to go regarding a successful sale of your home. I totally recommend Ms. James and trust her implicitly in any phase of a sale and much of each sale these days is transparent in that you hear about little going on in the background, but she is, nonetheless, hard at work getting the job done. She works seamlessly with multiple buyers, loan officers, escrow agents and anyone else involved in the process. I was pretty amazed at how quickly things were done with even little communication. Many times in past sales I've had, the agent had to be in touch much more often, but with the technology available in e-mail and texting and Docusigning, decisions can move much faster and you can get back to your regular life sooner.
